Who else here is absolutely desensitized to normal porn and normal sex?

I'm a guy in my 20s and incredibly horny all the time, but I go days or weeks at a time where normal porn, or normal sex does absolutely nothing for me sexually. I've had to fake dozens, or maybe even hundreds of orgasms at this point because I'm just... bored.

It's been getting progressively worse, it started out that just vanilla sex could only make me orgasm once every couple weeks, then light BDSM was just as bad, now even harder BDSM doesn't work for me at all.

I'm getting to the point where I have to find really extreme porn, or convince my sexual partner to do something "weird", which leads to a lot of uncomfortable silences and losing friends with benefits.
