I was testing out all of the lengths down to fully bald, not staying this way. Long is worse. Going to go for something med length but still unsure on the style.

You have good hair but the style is too much, comes off as overcompensating. I would try something shorter or simpler.

2. don't ever grow facial hair because they obviously look like blonde pubes. if you insist on keeping it, get rid of the mustache at the very least.
3 and most important. GET NEW GLASSES. Square frames suit your jawline OK but metallic looks cheap and it looks like they're bent anyways.

Medium length layers might look good, with highlights/lowlights. You want something that frames your face but no bangs because your forehead is actually pretty nice. Your jawline as well. Accentuate your strengths.

In all honesty as far as hair goes you can never go wrong with short sides long top. And when I say long I mean a few inches or so. Don't be afraid to ask for texture either which gives that cool choppy look instead of everything being the same length

It's just that you can't rely on your hair to make you unique or interesting. It'll make your appearance look different, sure. But you are not your appearance, and those "wild" colors are so commonplace now that having your natural color would be the most "unique" option.

Got my hair cut today. Does my new haircut do a good job at making my hairline seem less recessed? It's about a 2-2.5 on the Norwood scale.
