Hello, /soc/.
/Co/cksucker and /lit/tard here. Not sure if this is the right place for this topic.
I recently a job. Hard, back-breaking, pretty intense manual labour job. I am skinny fit. I have 9 shifts behind me and during the last shift I got scolded pretty hard for being too slow at certain tasks.
I wanted to ask, maybe someone here has experience, did going from not-fit to fit increase your tolerance, endurance and speed?
Or if you didn't go to gym, what kind of tips do you want to give to someone who does not want to be a NEET anymore?
Thanks.
Bump. :-/
um. doing hard physical backbreaking labour will increase your physical fortitude? what do you want to hear? you should probably increase your intake of calories and protein. /fit/ is probably a better place to ask
unless youre looking for tips on how to hit on your chain gang slave massa
