I handled depression by checking out of society. I stopped working, built a music and video in my house, and just play music all day. Soon I'll be starting a youtube channel. Am I going to be making a lot of money? Probably not, but I'm happy. I live bare-bones and spend a lot of time camping and hiking, and it's done wonders for my nihilism.
