Though I will agree that white girls in dreadlocks look like junkies. Black people can look good in them, but very few White people can.

The texture of "African" hair leads to more natural and healthy looking dreads. White people hair just ends up looking gross and unhealthy because of how it's clumped into dreads. Though I knew a white girl who was part of the "industrial" scene and got dread extensions that looked fine.
