I had mine Pierce's at 10 and immediately stretched to 8 after a buddy told me he had his done like that to help prevent bleeding.

Not sure if it did that, it hurt like FUCK getting it stretched. The piercing wasn't too bad.

Once I gauged up to a thickness that I knew I couldn't force open by hand, I started using a captive segment ring to help make my cage extra secure. I'm a grower big time and can back out of the cage without even thinking about it.

So, I use ring openers to get the piercing opened up and the key to keep the lock on etc.

Or I use my other cage which is posted here somewhere that is literally just a tube that locks on using my PA.

When I got curious about chastity five years ago I read about the devices that used the PA-piercing to lock it (Lori's tube, etc.) and thought that I would never ever get a piercing there. I don't have any piercings at all, and my fiancée only has her ears pierced. So we're pretty vanilla in terms of body modification.

But there is something alluring about getting a piercing that is for all intents and purposes permanent (the hole of course, not whatever jewellery or chastity device I put in/on). It is a very submissive act.

The piercing will also allow me to try a different class of chastity devices. Finding one that can be worn indefinitely (barring regular cleaning and edging sessions) is a challenge, and that device looks like it might solve most of the issues that plague me in the devices I have tried so far (it ticks these boxes for me: integrated lock, covered glans, metal, and semi-open structure).

Who knows, your hard boundary might shift as well in time.
