I got an open septorhinoplasty to correct a breathing problem, but the surgeon went ahead and reshaped my entire nose in order to balance it since there was a big chance that he was going to have to make my nostrils wider.

Obviously I still have my cast on (until the 24th), but how do you think the difference in profile looks so far?
