I've seen some ridiculous mtf hrt transformations that I wouldn't've ever believed were possible whatsoever.
Anyways, it's a colossal decision, and not to be taken lightly, so insofar as I'm assuming that your post is sincere, I'd recommend doing an absurd amount of research into transitioning and all it entails, good and bad, then go from there.
