I mean again, YMMV when it comes to how it feels having your penis inside a vagina. Not masturbating certainly helps, but it all depends on how often you do it. More than anything there's still a mental block: you want to maintain an erection, you want to make it an enjoyable experience for the other person, but there's a lot of... awkward logistics involved in penis-in-vagina sex that you probably aren't used to. The longer you go with your virginity, presuming you're a man and you're worried about it, the worse it gets because when you actually get to have sex your mind is preoccupied with a bunch of different things and you're not actually focused on the sex (which is the most important thing)
