You heard right. Stick with the foreign ones, if they look brownish they are probably latinas and they are way easier than spanish girls. Salsa clubs are good for that.

That might not always be right. Some Spaniards are pretty tan (mostly people who live in beach/tourist cities) so that's not a good giveaway. Accent is an easier way to tell them apart, but I guess unlike you have some idea of Spanish you won't be able to tell them apart.

As far as I know its on of the best universities in the whole world for some degrees. It's private so it's hated by som, of course, but I know people studying in it and it sees awesome.
