Its not easy and we all know it.
Just go lift and sweat for a while, 6 times per week, 1 hour per day. And youre ripped, its that easy

also eat lots of protein, about 1g per pound of lean body mass, so if you weigh 200lbs and are 20% bf eat 160g of protein/day. Whey makes this easier
if you're mostly trying to lose weight right now, you can either raise expenditure, lower your calories or do both, preferably both. Lots of calorie calculators out there to see about where you maintain at, then just make sure your intake + burn is more than that per day on average
