I have been told I look like a woman without my glasses on, but I honestly think its mostly in my head. I used to dress up a lot too, but my sister got bigger than me and I hadn't felt it was worth buying my own. Lately, I'm not sure if I should just get a hair cut and start dressing more manly, or double down and get more women's clothes.

It's actually very easy for women to pass as men if they get ahold of some testosterone and work out a lot. I wouldn't recommend it at all because, again, you're never going to be a real man and there's going to be a creepy uncanny valley effect, but it's certainly more doable to "pass" if you're a woman pretending to be a man than if you're a man pretending to be a woman.
