you have potential. you need to lose the weight, better haircut. keep the 5 o'clock shadow or maybe try growing a beard. contacts of possible but your glasses aren't so bad.

Get a decent bulking up routine, bulk up for 6 months, regularly tan

Shave the beard, get a tight ceasar cut, thin out your brows

After you do that, you can experiment with some different beards until you find something that suits you, but don't go for the full lumber jack
