Okay feel free to roast me or say whatever you want but I really need help here. I want to grow my hair out, but I'm not sure what exact style I want to go for. And in the meantime as you can see, my hair looks fucked up. What can I do to make my hair, and myself look less shitty and unkempt? Should I keep growing and try for some facial hair, or should I just cut it short? I need your opinions thank you.

You got really tiny lips, don't grow your hair out a buzz cut would look good on you. Get some more sun you look like you could use it. Of you can't grow facial hair well don't bother at all. You look kinda skinny, unless you wanna go for the Twink mode put on some pounds and it will help out some definition on you face. (Skinny babyfaces can usually benefit from a little chub) all of this advice I'm giving you could be bullshit though.
