Are you Jewish? The original circumcision the jews did just cut off the tip of the foreskin, the rigid band.

It doesn't really look like it. Pinch the bottom of where your old mucus membrane and shaft skin meet, where that darker band is/the colors change, and bring it towards your head. IF you see a little band then you still have some remnants.
Circumcision usually removes most if not all of the frenulum.

The pain would only really be if you had a short frenulum as it would keep the foreskin from sliding (mostly) free during sex/masturbation, but since you don't have one that wouldn't be a problem for you.
It's definitely one of the more sensitive parts.

stretching the frenulum is a meme, it doesn't work. Mine was very very short, cut was the only option.

Was that a medical opinion, or did you decide that yourself?
I've read success stories with using steroid cream in combination with stretching, the same kind that guys with phimosis use.
How long/often did you try stretching for, did you use the cream?
