listening to Savage Young Taterbug and unironically watching spooky shit on youtube.
So how do you always find these exotic? beers.

Thanks, b. What spooky shit have you gotten into so far?
>So how do you always find these exotic beers.
The two I've had so far tonight are locals here in Indy. Besides those, I work at a decent liquor store, so I know what's fresh or not, new, interesting, etc. Half the fun in drinking beer is trying new beers or styles.

Just watching ghost shit for the novelty, I don't know where I stand with believing in it but I like it regardless.
Yeah I never really go too far out of my way with beer since I only usually drink in bars or at friends houses, usually just drink what's there.
I should give it a go though, what are your ratings on the beer you're drinking now.

Perhaps ghosts are like voodoo and Field of Dreams. If you believe in it, they will come.
Beer can be sort of "hit or miss" if you're going into it blindly. The best way to go about it is to go to site thats beer-centric (such as BeerAdvocate, r/beer, etc.) and looking at threads of what people are drinking & enjoying. For me, the way I got started was that I looked at the beer thread 4-5 years ago on a Metal forum I frequent. I listed out everything that people mentioned was good and went to a couple stores around me to see what they had off of that list. Then it just continues on from there, but yeah...
For the beer ratings, the Beard Tax was a decent take on a Russian Imperial Stout. Though, if I ever have a craving for such a beer, I'd just go for North Coast's Old Rasputin as it's widely available across the U.S. and has more of a body to it.
The Garden was pretty tasty. Basically think of a glass of lemonade that is somewhat sour (not mouthpuckering at all) and more refreshing. Could crush a few of these during the Summer.
