Same here OP. I work nights, and tonight's an off night. I have no one really in my life to talk to, so I spend quite a bit of time feeling anxious.

Honestly, I know what youre talking about. Once in a while I get this really bad overwhelming feeling that something bad is going to happen and it sends me straight into a heavy panic attack. But I can never figure out what it is. It happened at my last Job, It got so bad that I had to change jobs just to get a change of scenery to calm myself down. Like its a shitty feeling.

I wish I could say. I feel behind on everything. Objectively, nothing is actually wrong besides a headache. I think I am experiencing depression again and wanted to commiserate with someone.

I constantly have an anxious feeling about everyting, always afraid things might go wrong. Pairing it with social anxiety isn't a great combination. It's getting so hard to deal with as of lately..

My anxiety is from over thinking how I'm going to find a job after the one I'm currently in ends. I'm also anxiously trying to prepare myself for the coming end of my relationship. Both things are happening with in the next few months
