The threads were more active and it seemed like the time was passing more slowly. Time typically flows more slowly if I have more things on my mind. And yes, it was fun times.

Both. Trying to get a grip as in trying to be more active about the things I should be doing, and trying to hold on as in trying to not let go of things I already have going for me.
