I finally went to the rec at my school and used it to its full extent. Ran, then soaked in the hot tub and sat in the steam room. It's a big step for me because I'm finally getting comfortable working out at a gym, and am hoping to make this a long term habit

Evenin' everybody. I work 13 hour shifts of manual labor in a distribution center. My body is physically rekt for a few days after my shifts. I am in good shape, strong, good wind, etc, but If I stopped drinking so much beer, eating so much gluttonous shit (ice cream, lots of fatty foods, lots of meat, lots of complex carbs) I would tone up a lot tighter, so that is what I'm gonna do. Props to everyone who is changing their lives and their bodies for the better. Make our Bodies Great Again!
Should i be running every day or every other day? I'm not sure which one is healthier if you're just trying to get into shape
