I have one. I don't want to switch to it just to chat with you guys. It is incredibly inconvenient to type with swype, rather than using a full, proper keyboard. If you aren't currently out of the house, there is no reason to be on your phone, when you could be using a laptop or desktop.

because it's so easy to make an account as to be almost risk-free. plus it's tailored to phones and readily usable on them, unlike some other things that give some people problems.

SwiftKey is not really much faster than Google Keyboard, which is predictive and has swype-like typing just the same. Regardless, neither is as fast as a physical keyboard.

it actually doesn't make much sense that people browse /soc/ on their phones because the only way to join kik groups now is by scanning the code - and you can't do that off of your own screen. With its room limits and shitty scan to join mechanism, kik is becoming a shitter and shittier option. Discord, on the other hand, is available on both platforms and doesn't have room limits, etc.
