No like I know people who stalk my Facebook people I don't know and it freaks me out :( I don't feel paranoid like in general the places I go but online I feel like maybe the government monitors everything and it makes me a little freaked out. My nightmares however are a diffent story.. I feel like evil spirits want me :(

That's because the government is stalking everyone. The most common coping mechanisms are

As for the nightmares: there is medication to make them go away. After that you should work on it with a therapist. Understand where they come from and make them go away for good.

They won't give you any opiates. At least I haven't heard of any use of opiates except for strongest pain like from cancer. Maybe it's different in other countries but as long as you're not about to harm others or yourself they can't force you to anything, including medication. Tell them you don't want Opiates and you won't get them.

No I've been having night mares since I was a little girl and it's always been the same type of nightmare same setting same person and it seems they get more and more intense as I get older :( they only happen when I'm alone.. and I think it has to do with my grandmas house being haunted maybe someone or something possessed me? Or has a little demon following me :(

Nobody is looking at you except with feelings of disgust. The only desire anyone will ever have for you is for you to get out of their country and their board.

As for the government stuff, I have a coworker whose brother is Secret Service. They're collecting shit, but it's a vast amount of information and the best thing you can do is keep your head down and not give them a reason to look at your shit. The people getting nabbed before they commit crimes in general are telling people who then tell the cops. You'd have to go somewhere that reads "intent" before they'd take notice out of the blue.

you should probably get some help buddy, or at least talk to someone. You'll go crazy, I had a close friend who was like this and he eventually killed himself. I regret that I never sat down with him and told him he needed to get help.
