You set up a profile, join groups or whatever, chat up people after looking at their profiles. It's basically NSFW facebook with less stupid shit on your feed, I guess. Many of the groups have Munches, which are meet and greets for the groups. Once you go to the munches and meet the moderators, you're usually cleared to go to play parties the groups host.
