Your eyes are cute, no problem there. Avoid the "cool" face in group photos, I'm not saying it looks stupid on you but that it looks stupid on anyone in a group photo. Just stand up straight and go for a friendly smile, like you're at school picture day. It sounds lame but that's the best thing to do. Also, avoid being on the end, when someone says group photo!! run straight for that middle my friend.

That's really just a posture problem. Don't hunch over and keep your hip bones pointed forward, not down. Down pulls your bone structure into a curve, forward props you back up. It takes awareness and practice.
