You're definitely above average. Your chin and lips look very masculine, which is a big plus. I feel like a hint of a smile would suit you and make you look less passive...but get a better haircut, or get the hair out of your face a little at least. Anyway you're a 7.5-8/10, so dont worry.

In my opinion, the issue is that you have an unusual face (not necassarily unnatractive). Your features are large and your head shape is very narrow. That hairstyle would suit someone with a cute, round face which you don't have. Personally I'd say grow your hair out and experiment (slicked back, tied up once it's longer) or go for a meme cut (undercut, hitler). You definately have potential to be very attractive just please change your hair in some way.
