I had this exact thing happen to me (found out just a couple days ago) with my now ex gf of over a year and a half. I feel like they do it because they have some sort of huge ego trip when they break someone's heart. the only girls I've fallen in love with me have all cheated. shit makes me feel like there's something wrong with me

Girl castrated me for sending pictures of myself but lied about being involved with other people for months. Always believe your gut anons. No matter how insane it sounds.

aw man awesome i remember being called a compulsive liar by my ex who had cheated on her boyfriend with me before. She also broke her toe kicking the door close in a fit as i tried to exit the premises. and then blamed me for making her upset therefore i did that to her she said. She thought i was compulsive because i lied to her about watching porn in year one of our 6 year relationship, lied about playing video games for most of the time, lied about connecting with another girl while we were broken up for 6 months, right before we cheated her boyfriend.

Basically if you call it compulsive and act like it's an affliction on their character, you can manipulate anyone's daily conversations and mistakes and their shortcomings into evidence that their the scum of the earth.

Sadly, I am a compulsive liar. I don't even know why I do it. I lie even when there is no need. I've become so adept at it, that it easy to fabricate stories that are 100% believable. The really fucked up part is that I live a charmed life and goodeath stuff happens making it even easier to lie about things, because I have 100% true event that happen that cause the other lies to seem possible and probable.
Lately, I've been using this ability to catfish multiple women and have them fall madly in love with me. One even left her husband and flew out to see me.
How do I stop this? Why do I stop this? At this point is there even a reason to not lie?

Fiance told a guy she was fucking around with that me and her were broken up for a month while we were still together and that she was a virgin and I never fucked her to seem more pure. Found out and ended up in crisis ward because she called the cops on my suicide attempt. tl;dr women arent worth it

I just recently entered a relationship with this girl who lives far away. Some things I told here ar mostly true. But she doesn't know I've fucked two girls in the past two days already. I'm sure to some degree you feel like you're better than the naive people who believe you.

People automatically assume things are true because they want to have foundations of trust. Lying isn't wrong, it just ends rarely being worth it in the long run (see Hillary Clinton as a perfect case of this).

Trust is just more valuable than lies, and I think although it makes you feel better/powerful in some way, it socially holds a contrary effect.

I'll throw in the final point that it's infinitely easier to get away with a lie if everything else you've said is true.
