I know there's got to be people on this board that are plagued by this shit disease.

Post a pic of the area/areas in which are the worst.

Talk about what triggers and keeps it at bay. Maybe find someone that you can talk to and vent to each other

This was me before and after. Diagnosed about 3 weeks ago and trying the creams before i start taking humera.
