Which dating sites? Outside of Fetlife (which isn't good), I don't know of any. Plus, it's difficult meeting people who are already into it, much more so than if I were to be able to get into a vanilla relationship. Err, yes and no. It does seem to be more rare to come across 'mommies' like you're looking for (not that I've looked myself but It just seems to be more uncommon comparatively). I think it may be easier for two guys to work out an arrangement for the abdl stuff and there do seem to be enough 'daddies' and lb's to go around but from my experience, most of them are already spoken for.
