My ex always wanted one. I tried to point out that 95% of boob jobs end up looking fucking abysmal but she didn't listen. After we had been together for 5 years she essentially said 'fuck you' to me and had it done.

Doctor (highest rated in several hundred mile radius) did an absolutely horrific job. I dumped her ass because I was no longer attracted to her physically.

I've seen a lot of fakes and most are garbage. Even if it's a 50% risk of being butchered, you want to risk that? Are your boobs really that bad right now?

Girl, I had my boobs done last year. The bf I had didn't wanted me to have that to the point he got crying and stuff, but shit, I didn't want to look like the shit I looked forever and ever. So I said "meh, if he really loves me he should be able to get used to it as I would get used to whatever that would ruin him on my opinion). We had a very toxic relationship anyways and I left him before having my new boobies. After the surgery he came and told me he loved me no matter what.

I didn't want him for he caused me anxiety (to the point I had to be in hospital) and multiple other things. If we only went to a psychologist together...

Don't do it. Don't mutilate your body for no reason. Accept your natural breasts. Not all women have to be C or D cup. Post in the small breast thread. Your boyfriend should make you feel sexy.

What you have to make yourself clear is, do what makes you feel happy, not what makes others happy. So in the end it's your decision, not your bf's or ours.
Did you ever give him hints you don't like your boobs or did he ever make a bad comment about their size?

BUT don't forget about the risks, there is a high chance your boobs are going to look worse afterwards, bigger, but the important aspects (shape, perkyness, etc) won't be as good as before.
Some boob jobs can look pretty good/natural, but there are too many pornstars and other women that ruined their tits with needless surgeries.

If you're not feeling well in your body at the moment, a boob job likely won't help you either, you're still going to feel like there is something missing. Learn how to be comfortable and confident with your body without surgery first.
