I have experience with both (ex gf had fake ones) en my gf now has natural boobs and its much nicer.

If you are unsecure about your breast well you shouldnt be, nobody should be insecure about anything actually.

Don't do it. Fake tits are a deal breaker for me. Personally, I'd rather have flapjack A cups than perfect implants.

Let's not get entirely carried away here. The most common tit job is a C-cup, followed by B cup and only then DEFG++

I think a good looking B/C cup for a confidence boost and natural look is perfectly achievable.
