You're not bad looking op. Keep your chin up, don't get discouraged.

The first thing that comes to my mind that will help anyone is to start lifting. Learn as much as you can about weight lifting, mainly how to complete the bench, squat, deadlift, overhead press with proper form. Also learn about food, that shits important too. Incorporate lifting and exercise in general into your life and you will see MASSIVE improvements. You will have more energy, feel better about yourself, become more confident, and others will pick up on that and it is a big net positive.
