Hair looks much better now, would not cut it short UNLESS you're gonna get bangs, which could also work for you.

Better than it was, but still not great. You should strongly consider getting if cut much shorter to something with more form. You come off in sort of a strange way with this one, like not very conventionally attractive. Try a trendier cut and maybe new glasses.
