Uhm, I can tell you what it is.. I got a small meatotomy meaning I had my urethra opening cut so it's a bit larger. (I'd say I went from 13mm naturally to 15/16+?) Showing pictures won't do much at the moment due to stitches.

Yeah no way I wanted to do it myself, got it done at a body mod shop. Felt absolutely nothing aside from the 7 needles in my dickhead. That kind of sucked but was still very minimal.

Anyone able to tell me why the heck I have these spaces between lines all the time? It's annoying.
