Talk to girls the exact same way. Women aren't some crazy weird aliens that need a special language for you to be able to communicate with them.

Try to just get a regular female friend with absolutely 0 intention of wanting to have sex with them. You'll find it's super easy.

Don't mean to sound antagonistic OP, but the best way to do that is to simply talk to people. It's not hard, try and get friendly with clerks and waitresses, not in a creepy way, just in a casual 5 minute relationship way. Most companies encourage the employees to engage customers like a friend anyway, so it shouldn't be too hard. Over time you should eventually be able to talk to anyone just fine.
