Oh that sucks, but yeah just get an 18+ card. I have no clue if RealMe works. I doubt it, but not sure. You need your birth certificate for getting anything regardless if it's a driver's licence, passport, or 18+ card. You'll also need proof of address I think which is like a bank statement.
