I don't think Native Americans would say that English is their mother tongue.
If you are looking to practice English, what is wrong with a regular American person? Most people here speak English as their mother tongue.

A Native American and a Native English Speaker are not the same thing. All you need to do is google "native american" and you will see it has a whole lot more to it than languege.

Reffering to pronunciation, just a general american accent. Don't have requirements in that department. Just looking for right pronuncation with the th sounds etc for example.
Or the c sound in could. Those things that a native speaker has down naturally but a dutch speaker who talks english lacks in most of the time. I want my accent to get as native as possible.
