Anyone here had/have phimosis? I've never been able to pull

Everyday in the shower pull it back ever so slightly, massage etc, just gradually bring it back whilst your skin is relaxed also when erect. Its a game of patience but it beats being a game of patients.

I used to have phimosis when i was younger, I remember that whenever I went to the pediatrician he would imply force it back, not pleasant and also very painful.
At around 10 he did it for the last time, and it did hurt a lot, and as i didnt want tob e in pain again i followed the instruction and started pulling the skin back in the shower. Didnt last long and had the phimosis back in a few months.
During that year I had discovered those "porn games" and so also started masturbating. While doing so the foreskin started to loosen by itself, and now i have a perfecly healthy uncut dick.

Unless there is any pain or discomfort when you urinate, have sex, or masturbate, theres no reason your foreskin has to pull back.

However, if you want it to be able to pull back, just do stretching techniques. You can even get steroid creams that help.

Honestly, the quick fix is circumcision. Get cut and you'll be back to sexual activity in 6 weeks.

The long road is stretching. You'll have to commit to doing it every day, you'll need a prescription steroid cream to help it along, it'll take months at least, and there's no guarantee it'll work. Some guys get positive results, in others it goes next to nowhere, especially if there's fibrous scar tissue in the phimotic ring.

Gotta get some steroid cream, if you don't want to go to the doctor then you could use 2% hydrocortisone.
Start massaging your foreskin in the shower, with water as hot as you can stand it for 5-10 minutes minimum to warm up/relax the skin, then when you get out of the shower slather on the cream and massage for 10-20 minutes.
Seems like you can get hard without issues, so stretching while erect is also a good idea.
Don't go under the knife unless sex/masturbation is painful, and even them, don't go for a full circumcision, they can just cut a slit in your rigid band if it's actually needed.
Stay intact unless you hate yourself, or are a circumsexual.

Question from a cut guy who never had to deal with this, how to people with phimosis have comfortable sex? I imagine fucking would naturally try to peel back the skin, do you have to be careful so it doesn't pull back too much and hurt?

the following worked really well for me:
take a really hot bath, soak in it for a while, then use some sort of oil to massage or masturbate in a way that pulls it back, and, when at least semi-hard, pull it back a bit harder, to the point where it hurts. do this consistently, like daily, for a few weeks and it should improve. if it doesn't, speak to a doc

It would be a really dangerous thing for them to even attempt. There's a condition called paraphimosis, where the phimotic foreskin does actually manage to slip back over the head, and then it gets stuck there, and because it's so tight it traps the blood inside the head causing it to swell up even more, and making it even harder to attempt to push it forwards again. It usually requires surgical intervention, otherwise the lack of oxygenated blood supply can lead to necrosis of the glans. You can also bet that an emergency circumcision on a massively swollen penis isn't going to give you the best cosmetic result.
