thing about codeine is the amount you need depends on how much you take and how often. Even 15mg (which is a single tablet, and nothing to opiate/codeine hounds) is enough to give me a nice buzz because i do it so rarely. 30mg for fun. you can safely take up to 240mg at once but cwe it first. while you can take 240mg of codeine you CANT take several grams of paracetamol at once without getting sick.
