Can we have another weight loss thread? I enjoyed the other ones we've had here, and its nice to be able to talk about this stuff outside of /fit/. How is everyones progress going? Anyone hit any new milestones or personal records? What was your wake up moment when you decided to commit yourself to this?

My "Oh fuck" moment was when I was browsing fit, I saw someone post a pic of two vials of blood that had been centrifuged. One was normal, the other was absolutely frightening. The plasma looked like BUTTER, it was so thick and not see through at all. I was so freaked that my blood might look like that. Started off at 215, now 170, with about 30-40 more pounds to go. I recently discovered I have a thigh gap. Its small, but there. I am now very much aware that my legs dont scrape against each other when I walk and it feels so strange.
