As you get higher in the ribs the pain worsens, but as all tattoo pain you just have to grind your teeth and think about the end result. I've never done my wrists, but the armpit was pretty bad. Pic related, many people go over it on these kinds of sleeves (can't really blame them)

Haha, the PA is awesome for me, I've only experienced woman either love it or indifferent. No one has ever asked me to remove it, I would totally understand if they did, I have an 8g curved barbell with two 1/2 inch balls on the end. So I've had people say it looks kind of weird, but I think its acquired taste, its not for everyone.
