OP: self-esteem issues due to low effort shirt. Eager to please, based on hairstyle requiring lots of persistence but again, zero effort. Facial expression doesn't mean much, except that you didn't smile for the camera. You're not gross but rather obviously clean. Can't speak for unapproachable since we have not interacted.

If you're not getting the results you want socially, put in more effort. Shave, work out and fix your posture, smile at people (especially when you're posting a picture so people can judge you, lol) and dress nicely, and people will reflect that love and effort back at you.
