As for me, I am 5'11", 170 lbs. a bit on the heavier side, but not noticeably so. I am white with short-ish brown hair and blue eyes. Losing weight is much easier than gaining it, I lost 21 kilos in 9 months when I was fat, then it took me 6 months to put on 6 kilos, that was dedicated training every day. You're losing weight the right way, definitely, though, I didn't go to the gym when losing weight, I just changed my diet. I was losing weight but still unfit. You'll lose weight slower your way, but you're going about it in a much healthier way. Your body will reflect the change you're wanting to make.

And it's good you're going to the gym, that's all any guy who goes to the gym wants to see from you, is that you're making an effort, and anyone would be happy to keep you motivated to keep going. Good luck with it all!
