Occasionally. But I've never thought of it as crossdressing really. I've always looked and felt more feminine and I wear make up most days. On occasion I might wear a skirt or a top out but it's more a comfort thing. I don't know, it's hard to explain. It is crossdressing, obviously, but I don't identify as a woman or something like that. It's just skirts are comfy.

I don't know, maybe. I've been so lucky in life that it's never been a issue and I've never been made to feel different or left out because of it so I've never thought I needed to be called anything other than male. But genderfluid sounds about right.
I'm fairly lazy with my hair. It's thick and I always have it washed. Sometimes it falls over half my face but I'm not in charge of that, it just happens.

ja, this. I see way too many people dress up to "be girly" and they end up looking like trashy clueless idiots, dressing up as some stupid charicature of 'feminine' instead of wearing what looks good.
That said, it's pretty tricky to figure out what works for you. I've a couple of things I'm always thinking of giving away but never quite do it because if I paired them with the right thing they could look great.
Anyway. I like to be as comfortable as I can, plus androgynous makes me 'pass' a lot better than dressing like a skank or the sugar plum fairy. Well cut leggings or a plain skirt with a simple top or t shirt plus a light blouse works most of the time.
I saw a gorgeous double breasted coat online a few years ago, far too expensive but I've lusted after something just like it ever since.

Yes, I understand about being embarrassed in public. I guess for me it's a poor substitute for being able to actually go out and about fully dressed.I would dearly LOVE to do that, but am in no way even close to passable! Sounds like passing, and going out is something you really want to do though, and I imagine a lot of crossdressers are in a similar spot.
It's just a vague idea, but I want to create a brand that caters specifically to the needs of cds, traps, trannies, etc. This includes clothing (basically having size 12 heels in stock and having a "t" size of every top, so it fits on a flat chest, maybe tailor them to have slightly wider back areas, let's face it that Y chromosome is getting a shitton of work done), but also general help with applying make up, picking out outfits that compliment your body type, achieving feminine movement, etc. I'm not sure how this should be done, since you'd need a huge staff to actually spend a lot ot time with customers on site, but the point would be to help people learn all the stuff you need for passing (also maybe a fitness program tuned for achieving trap bodies), and even transitioning if you're trans. Instead of relying on anecdotes, shitty tumblr guides and resource lists from 2011 where half the links are offline, you'd get professional attention, from discreet people who make you feel like you don't have to hide, or be embarrassed about anything.

Everything women do like walking, talking, holding their wrists like the goddamn joint is missing from their hands, and even the way they adjust their eyelids mid conversation makes me realize they've been practicing appearing as women ever since they went to kindergarten. All this shit must take a ton of effort to learn, and a lot of time to become habits, and as a male I find myself noticing how minimal effort I put into my general appearance aside from clothing. I think men learn to value function over form, like I don't take the extra effort to look graceful when I'm walking, I just want to get somewhere and do it in a way that's most comfortable, and I don't make a shitton of subtle facial expressions during a conversation to tell someone something without actually saying it.
I think you get it by now. I think unlearning about two or three decades of male behavior and mindset, and learning stuff women have practiced for the same amount of time must be pretty hard and tiring. If I was a crossdresser or trans, I'd have no fucking clue where to get started, and trial and error doesn't seem like a good idea when you have so much to cover, and you can't just jump into it because you're not passable enough to just go out there and do it.
I think there's a market for something like this, but I don't know about any similar projects going on atm.
This is just an idea, and if I did this it would be in hopes of acquiring shekels, but I don't think that has to mean this isn't a good cause. I don't know any crossdressers or trans women personally, but I feel like this could potentially be a huge help for them.
