Female. Major Depressive Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder, just finished 7 months of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. Reduced 200mg of Zoloft to 150 so far this year, trying for 100 soon but know I have to be on it the rest of my life. My therapist told me to stop coming onto this site so happy I found your thread on one of the very few visits I allow myself. Keep your head up buddy, there are a lot of us out there
