So I had a Mohawk for a year, then grew one side out, and then once it got past my shoulders I shaved it off. And. I. Love. It. It was so liberating and people have always defined me by my hair. It feels so good to just be me without being defined by one physical feature.

This was my hair before shaving two weeks ago.
