To me? I think a true yandere would be violent, psychotic and generally unpleasant. In Mirai Nikki, Yuki was creeped out by Yuno until he realized he was forced to stick with her for the sake of survival. A real yandere is nothing to wish for.

Others disagree, though. There are people here who call themselves yandere who wouldn't hurt a fly.
