What can I say, shit happens. You had a lot of fuck condensed in short period of time, but you`ll get better. At least you`re healthy and can see, hear and move on your own. As long as you`re alive and not in some really rare extreme situation, things always could be worse than this. Cheer up and just do what you can do atm.

Can't say I've been through all that, but finding out that someone you love is a shit-talking psychopath hurts like no-one on the outside knows.

I doubt it'll help, but the consolation of going through shit like that with friends is that you tend to be left with, and find it easier to make, much better friends.

I found out my gf was cheating on me on Christmas day. Broke up with her and now I'm just alone.

I made the mistake of telling my mom and she told everybody else. I feel like I canmg never face them again. I feel like an idiot.

Is there anything you like or have been interested in recently?
Personally, I find exercising extremely helpful in distracting myself.
