Most people seem to like squatiing because they want a bigger ass. But their tighs end up getting bigger than anything else. Is there a good way to work on your glutes without ruinning your tighs?

glute bridges or weighted barbell hip thrusts isolate glutes over thighs.

But why would you want a big ass with skinny thighs? It makes you look weird and misproportioned.
