You're alright.

Your features are fine and that's the most important part. From that pic, it looks like you need to lose weight and style your beard better. Maybe a better haircut too, but it's hard to see. I think you'd have a lot more confidence if you improved those areas.

Agreed, just get that maybe have someone thread your eyebrows. Join a gym, pick a sport, it could help you gain confidence and its a good way to make new friends, maybe pick up a martial art. I would also suggest maybe a change in diet, that can also improve how you overall feel about yourself but Id approach you and talk to you.

Thanks for the advice! I really do appreciate any and all criticisms in order to improve myself. Depression has just been an extremely difficult part of my life that makes things as simple as getting a haircut seem unimportant or not needed. As for the beard, my friends wanted me to do no shave November this year so that's just the progress so far. Thanks again

Yeah sounds good. I used to play football and baseball but I'm not into it anymore. I did cross fit for two years and did lifting after, it's just been really hard for me to find something new. It's becoming pretty clear that I make a lot of excuses to get out of things. Hopefully I'll be able to change that
