What does someone need to do to no longer be a brainlet in your eyes? Do they just have to be clever in day-to-day life? Do they have to be in STEM? Do they have to get a PhD? Do they have to make a revolutionary discovery or invention? How stringent are your standards and where do you position yourself and others in relation to them?
When they can talk intelligently and deeply about their field of study. If they can't explain what they do/how they think to others, they're useless.
At least MSc in either Mathematics or Physics, or alternatively PhD in Chemistry
IQ must be at least 130 (either Mensa or WAIS verified, no Internet test bullshit)
