They have no reason to improve beyond it being barely usable, because about three companies control 90% of the platform.
They need to pass a law where anything used on federal funded campuses has to meet certain standards or be below a certain price. Fuck the textbook companies, it's already a crime that they can make money off of selling publicly available information.
